Bob & Sallie Connelly will conduct a Real Estate and Personal Property Auction on site at 442 Grand Avenue, Johnson City, NY 13790 on Friday, June 29, 2012 at 6 pm with a preview at 5:00 pm and the real estate selling at 7:00 pm.  All of the items in this auction are selling without reserve ‘AS IS’ (No Refunds, No Returns) at a 10% buyers premium.

Personal Property

In this auction: children's dishes, including Royal Doulton Bunnykins, and a set of Wade Quack Quacks dishes by Robert Barlow; an old violin; old linens; a camel saddle; glassware including a Castor set, and Shawnee, McCoy and Redwing pottery; a lady's oak writing desk; a washstand; a bamboo book shelf; two cash registers; a breakfront; and more.  Also: a 1974 Lincoln Continental.  Stored in a barn for 5 years, it runs and is sold ‘AS IS.’

Real Estate Auction

Connelly Realty, Robert J. Connelly, Broker and Auctioneer, will auction the real estate at 442 Grand Avenue, Johnson City, NY 13790 on-site on Friday, June 29, 2012 at 7:00 pm with previews by appointment.  The property consists of a 2-bedroom, 2-bath, house with a 12' X 18' detached garage on 40’ x 120’ lot with all city services. The property, which includes new furnace, central air, hot water heater and electrical service, is selling 'AS IS' with a Warranty Deed.  The opening bid is $35,000.

The vinyl sided house has a full walk-out basement, aluminum storm and screen doors and windows, and a scuttle to the attic.  The first floor includes an 11' X 11' kitchen entered through a 7.5' X 11' mud room, an 11' X 13' dining room, a 12' X 21' living room, and a 10' X 10' combined bathroom and laundry. The 12' X 18' master bedroom is on the second floor as are a second 10' X 11' bedroom and a 10' X 6' bathroom.
