In this auction: children's dishes, including Royal Doulton Bunnykins, and a set of Wade Quack Quacks dishes by Robert Barlow; an old violin; old linens; a camel saddle; glassware including a Castor set, and Shawnee, McCoy and Redwing pottery; a lady's oak writing desk; a washstand; a bamboo book shelf; two cash registers; a breakfront; and more. Also: a 1974 Lincoln Continental. Stored in a barn for 5 years, it runs and is sold ‘AS IS.’

The property consists of a 2-bedroom, 2-bath, house with a 12' X 18' detached garage on 40’ x 120’ lot with all city services. The property, which includes new furnace, central air, hot water heater and electrical service, is selling 'AS IS' with a Warranty Deed. The opening bid is $35,000.
The vinyl sided house has a full walk-out basement, aluminum storm and screen doors and windows, and a scuttle to the attic. The first floor includes an 11' X 11' kitchen entered through a 7.5' X 11' mud room, an 11' X 13' dining room, a 12' X 21' living room, and a 10' X 10' combined bathroom and laundry.
