Bob & Sallie Connelly Calendar of Events: February 2009

Bob & Sallie Connelly will conduct an Estates Auction at the Showplace in Binghamton on Sunday, February 15, 2009 at 10:00 am with a preview at 9:00 am. The auction includes a collection of cut glass plus items from the Estate of Anthony Aloysi.

Selling without reserve AS IS (No Refunds, No Returns) at a 10% buyers premium are Estates Auction: Cut Glass FURNITURE, including desks, file cabinets, trunks and household furniture; MISCELLANEOUS, including fancy frames, an early map of Vestal, Depression glass, Stangl pottery, vintage postcards and photos; CRYSTAL, including a 14" Hawkes vase, Waterford candlebra, punch bowl, compotes and decanter; Ewer cocktail shaker, 2-piece lamp; Bicentennial Steuben eagle; and CUT GLASS, including Harvard pattern relish, compote, bowls, poppy vase, a Galway decanter, Libby ice cream dishes, Bohemian 15" covered candy jar, and Lalique birds, bird compote, and bird vase.

The Showplace

Located at 33 West State St Ste 10, Binghamton, NY 13901-2461, the Showplace is the venue for many of Bob & Sallie Connelly's events. To get there, take I81 or NY Rte 17 to exit 4S, NY Rte 7S/NY Rte 363W. Turn right at the first light onto Frederick St, then left at the light onto Chenango St, which forks right into West State St. Go one block to the Binghamton Plaza, located left of the Big K Kmart.

Sales Tax

By law, we collect combined New York State and local sales tax of 8% on all items

delivered in New York unless the buyer provides a valid exemption certificate. A copy of NYS Resale Certificate ST-120 is available here (PDF: 13KB). We do not collect tax on items shipped to an out of state buyer by a qualified carrier. Charity auctions may also be exempt.
