All of the items in this auction are selling without reserve ‘AS IS’ (No Refunds, No Returns) at a 10% buyers premium.

Connelly Realty, Robert J. Connelly, Broker and Auctioneer, will auction the real estate on with previews by appointment. The property consists of a 3-bedroom ranch-style house with a partially finished 15' X 22' attached garage on a 148’ x 127’ lot with public sewer and water, and municipal gas and electric. The property, which includes a gas boiler with baseboard heating, a gas hot water heater, and updated electric service with 200 AMP breakers, is selling 'AS IS' with a Warranty Deed. It is move-in ready after a cleanup. Because the heirs are very interested in selling, they've set the opening bid at just $30,000!
The vinyl sided house has a partially finished basement, aluminum storm and screen doors and windows, a 15' X 15' Florida room behind the garage, and a separate 8’ X 10” wooden lawn building.
