Michael Smith's lifelong interest in landscape photography was inspired by the Adirondack vistas he enjoyed at his parent's summer cottage near his native Utica. Now a Binghamton resident, his current images capture local landscapes and scenes from his travels. Recently, he began experimenting with abstract photography, using his computer to create images such as Creation and Seeing Through Rose Colored Glasses, both of which will be on exhibit at the Connelly Gallery along with images of the Four Seasons.
