Bob & Sallie Connelly will conduct an On-Site Auction of the Commercial Real Estate at 1648 and 1650 Route 11, Castle Creek, NY 13744 on Thursday, August 6, 2009 at 7:00 pm with an Open House on Wednesday, July 22, 2009 from 5:00-7:00 pm and by appointment. Connelly Realty, Robert "Bob" Connelly Broker and Auctioneer, will sell together in one lot AS IS with a Warranty Deed the 0.54 acre (50' frontage) property at 1648 Rte 11, zoned commercial 439, and the 0.55 acre (105' frontage) property at 1650 Rte 11, zoned multi-residential, 411.
