Bob & Sallie Connelly will conduct an On-Site Auction of the Real Estate and Contents of 1107 Old Route 17 Windsor, NY 13865-2010 on Thursday, August 24, 2006. We are selling the real estate and contents for Wayne McClure, who at 90 has moved to a retirement home. The contents will be auctioned at 6:00 p.m. following a 5:00 p.m. preview; the real estate auction is at 7:00 p.m., with an Open House Thursday, August 17, 2006 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. The contents, which will be sold without reserve, include two bedroom sets, a dining room and a kitchen set; a Honda riding lawn mower (pictured), a Case farm tractor, a self-propelled lawn mower, and tools; and a 1984 1/2 ton Dodge truck.

The real estate includes a circa 1973 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath 1-story ranch house with 2-car detached garage on an irregular 3.983-acre lot zoned commercial in the front, agricultural in the rear.
