Bob and Sallie Connelly will hold an Auction of Guns, Toys and Related Items at the Showplace in Binghamton, NY on Sunday, December 9, 2012 at 11:00 am, with a preview at 9:00 am. All of the items in this auction are selling without reserve AS IS (No Refunds, No Returns) at a 10% buyers premium.

Included in this auction are guns, including pistols, rifles, revolvers, powder horns, vintage bullets and cartridges, and accessories, toys, including trains -- Lionel, Highflier, HO -- and accessories, tin soldiers, molds, trucks and other vehicles, and cowboys & indians, including molds to make lead cowboys and Indians and plaster and carved Indian busts. Also included are a number of un-cataloged items.

Absentee and phone bids for this auction can be submitted using the convenient bidform. Bidders must be pre-registered. First-time NYS tax exempt buyers must complete and submit NYS Resale Certificate ST-120.
Buyers of firearms not exempt from Federal Firearms License (FFL) requirements will be charged a $10 fee for a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) search if they don't hold a current FFL. Pre-1892 firearms and those determined to be parts or relics do not require an ATF search. An FFL gun dealer will be on-site during the auction to process the paperwork.
