On-Site Estate Auction: 11 November 2006

Bob & Sallie Connelly will conduct an On-Site Estate Auction of the contents of 189 N Broad St, Johnson City, NY 13790-1448 on Wednesday, November 8, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. with a preview at 5:00 p.m. Two auctioneers will sell the contents of retired Johnson City Fire Chief Frank Slahucka's packed house, with a separate tools auction at 6:30 p.m. (The house is not for sale in this auction. It's listed with real estate agent Patricia McNamara: 607-797-3908). Selling without reserve are furniture, including bedroom sets, chairs, tables, and a Mission oak trestle table; miscellaneous and collectibles, including a 1930s German wall clock, sewing machine, flatware, cast iron sausage stuffer, costume jewelry, and pocket watches; at 6:30 p.m., tools, including Craftsman planere, Rockwell drill press and contractor's table saw, approximately one ton of hardware, carpentry, masonry, plumbing and yard tools, and a large quantity of cabinet grade lumber.
