Buyers of firearms not exempt from Federal Firearms License (FFL) requirements will be charged a $10 fee for a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) search if they don't hold a current FFL. Pre-1892 firearms and those determined to be parts or relics do not require an ATF search.  An FFL gun dealer will be on-site during the auction to process the paperwork.

Bob & Sallie Connelly will conduct an On-Site Auction of the Real Estate at 65 Houdlum Hill Road, Binghamton, NY 13901 at noon on Saturday, June 28, 2014, with an Open House on Saturday June 14 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The auction will be conducted by Connelly Realty, Robert J. Connelly, Broker and Auctioneer. The property in the Town of Chenango in Broome County is selling with all mineral and gas rights. It comprises a restored 2-story Victorian house with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths on a 14.86 acre horse farm and includes a wall oven and microwave, side-by-side refrigerator, electric cooktop and dishwasher. Outbuildings include a garage, horse barn, hay shed and playhouse/storage shed. The opening bid is $159,000. All of the items are selling without reserve ‘AS IS’ (Warranty Deed, No Refunds, No Returns) at a 10% buyers premium.

Built circa 1900, this restored Victorian farmhouse in the Whitney Point school district has vinyl siding and a full block basement. The first level features an enclosed 14x8 sun porch, a 20x25 open deck and a 10x20 laid stone patio with water fall. It uses electric thermal storage heating, a well, septic tank, and electric hot water heater. There is a detached 17x17 2-car garage, a 32x10 horse barn with 4 stalls, a 12x14 hay shed, a 10x16 storage shed that looks like a child's Victorian playhouse, and a fenced horse paddock.
