Photos of selected items are displayed in the slideshow below and in AuctionZip Galleries for 118 Fairview Avenue and 120 E Weber Avenue.

The Real Estate at 118 Fairview Avenue consists of a two-story brick house on a brick and laid stone foundation with a poured concrete floor and walkup attic, a two-car garage, with fireplace, storage extension and full basement, a gazebo, two barn-shaped outbuildings, and a partially finished green house with fiberglass roof and concrete floor, all on three lots comprising 0.57 acres. One lot has been landscaped with a pond, waterfall and covered bridge!

The house has a walkout basement containing a half bath and a laundry room with new Samsung washer and dryer.  It's heated by a gas-fired hot water system and has a three-year old roof, replacement windows and storm doors, a partially updated electrical system, and a hard wired alarm and fire system.

The first floor of the house features beam ceilings and natural woodwork and has a living room with built-in bookcases and fireplace; dining room in Mission Arts & Crafts style; kitchen with major brand range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and combination wall microwave and oven; half bath with closet; and an enclosed and heated sun porch.

The second floor has three bedrooms, one with closets, one with built-in cabinets and bookcases and an attached sitting room.  There is a recently updated ceramic tile bathroom with shower and tub, and a dressing room with sink and walk-in closet.

The family wants to sell and has set the minimum selling price and opening bid at just $50,000.

The Real Estate at 120 E Weber Avenue includes a two-story house which has been extensively remodeled with a few rooms still needing trim, a two-car concrete block garage, and a wooden outbuilding. The house has modern replacement aluminum storm windows, doors and screens and has a freshly painted stucco exterior. Much of the plumbing, the electrical breakers and some gutters and leaders are new. The house and garage have new roofs. The house has a laid block foundation with concrete floor, a walkout basement and root cellar. It has been insulated throughout and is heated by a new gas-fired hot water system with a separate insulated hot water heater. The garage has insulated rafters, a poured concrete floor, walkup loft, electric service, an LP heater and an automatic door opener on one bay. There is a concrete driveway accessible from both Weber and Fairview Avenues.

The first floor of the house includes a large entrance parlor, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and half bath. The kitchen has a tile floor, halogen lighting, new cabinets, a granite island and counter tops, gas stove, dishwasher, and a stainless steel sink with new fixtures. The second floor has four bedrooms, one with a large walk-in closet, and a bathroom with double granite sinks, tile floor and a large remodeled walk-in shower.

The family is very interested in selling and has set the minimum price and opening bid at only $35,000.

The Personal Property Auction at 10:00 am consists of appliances, including a Samsung washer, Roper gas dryer, Shark cleaner and two paper shredders; furniture, including a large sofa, love seat, mirrors, large display cabinets, bookcases and children's chairs; Native American items, including souvenirs, signed prints, and a large dream catcher, and miscellaneous, including an E.M.
