Bob & Sallie Connelly will conduct an On-Site Auction of the Real Estate at 239 Riverside Drive, Johnson City, NY 13790 on Friday, September 12, 2008 at 7:00 pm with a previews on Thursday, August 28, 2008 from 5:00-7:00 pm, and by appointment Connelly Realty will auction the 2-bedroom, 1-story house with attached garage for the family of Nicholas A. Balaci, who has moved to an assisted living facility. The house needs updating, but is in move-in condition.

Connelly Realty, Robert J. Connelly, Broker and Auctioneer, will sell the 928 sq ft house, built in 1940, with the opening bid at $40,000 and a 10% Buyer's Premium.
