Selling without reserve, except for a diesel truck and dump trailer, are furniture, including a 1930s 3-piece walnut bedroom set and an 1840s Empire dining room table; contemporary household items, including a rolling kitchen cabinet, a computer and office supplies and furniture; glassware, including over 150 boxes of bric-a-brac, a collection of Toby mugs, and sets of china; accessories, including oil lamps, brass buckets and hooked rugs, and ephemera, such as scrapbooks, postcards, and stamps, art, Over 150 box lots! such as watercolors by Lewis Darling, toys, including model kits, many unopened, and appliances, including a stereo system and a trash compactor; and tools and accessories, including a 10" Craftsman table saw, a kerosene heater and repair parts, fire extinguishers, and power hand tools. It includes 175 other T206 cards and 37 P2 pins -- all PSA graded -- and over 200 autographs of Baseball Hall of Fame players, and other sports related items. Bob & Sallie Connelly will conduct a Contemporary Household and Sporting Items Auction at the Showplace in Binghamton on Thursday, July 27, 2006 at 6:00 p.m., with a preview at 5:00 p.m.Household & Sporting Items Auction Selling without reserve are contemporary furniture, including end tables, dressers, and a computer desk; accessories and miscellaneous including a Pfaff sewing machine, hand and yard tools, and a fireman's hat; ephemera, including 45 Indian cards from Red Man's chewing tobacco; appliances, including a washer, dryer, and bread maker; electronics, including a camcorder, computer, scanner, and electronic keyboard; and fishing and hunting equipment, including fishing poles, spotting scope, and ammunition. Auctioneer's Note: We are selling the very clean, contemporary household items of a transferred Lockheed Martin engineer. September Appraisal Clinic at Margaretville Cauliflower Festival

Bob & Sallie Connelly will conduct an Antique Appraisal Clinic on Saturday, September 30, 2006 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Antique Appraisal Clinic at the 4th Annual Margaretville Cauliflower Festivalrain or shine in the History Tent at the 4th Annual Margaretville Cauliflower Festival in the Margaretville Village Park (behind the A&P) View Map. Admission to the Festival is free; the appraisal fee is $4.00 per item, $10 for three items, with the proceeds going to benefit the Historical Society of the Town of Middletown, Delaware County, NY.

The Festival features produce vendors and restaurants -- both with lots of cauliflower -- a cauliflower cook-off, music, crafts and children's activities. To get there from New York City, Albany and New England take NYS Thruway, I-87 to Exit 19 for Kingston, then Rte 28 west toward Pine Hill for 43 miles, turning right into Margaretville Village. From Binghamton and West, take I-88 east to Oneonta, then Rte 28 east toward Delhi for 47 miles, turning left into Margaretville Village. For additional information, contact Diane Galusha.
